TERMS
Prices above apply to events up till end of 2023 – add £50 to above prices for 2024 and 2025 events.
Special rates apply for dates between 21st of December and 1st Jan including Christmas Eve, Boxing Day through to and including New Years Eve and some other bank holidays please ask for details.
A booking is not confirmed until the non refundable deposit of £300 has been received and acknowledged by ourselves in writing (email). (There is a cooling off period of 14 days).
Mileage/Travel charged at £1 per mile from ST15 8RQ.
Based on a playing time of up to 5 hrs up until 1am. Extra hrs are charged at £60 per hour or £100p/h after 1am.
There is a surcharge of £100 for venues where the function room is not on the ground floor and there is no convenient or adequate lift.
